This piece is really beautiful. It’s the perfect addition to our coastal living area. I love the shiny surface vs a print. You can see the reflection in the photo. I wanted a beach scene and was looking at print after print but wanted something special. My only regret is I didn’t spend more money on a bigger one. It’s a piece that draws attention. LOVE it.
The seller communicated quickly when I had questions. The piece was lost in shipping and the seller had a replacement shipped very quickly.

Amazing reproduction from a digital image crystal clear, vivid colours, oozing quality and character. For such a large glass item (80cm x 80cm) I did not expect speedy delivery but it arrived in perfect condition in just a few days.

Verdiğim 2. sipariş Beylikdüzü'ne gelmesi gerekirken Tuzla'ya gitmiş. Bunun kimin hatası olduğunu bilmiyorum. Fakat normal şartlarda, ben olsam o hatanın sorumluluğunu hemen alır ve gerekirse o siparişi kendi aracımla müşteriye ertesi gün teslim ederdim. Fakat insigneart, beni hem kendileriyle hem de kargo firmasıyla defalarca görüşmek zorunda bıraktı. Üstelik kendileriyle görüşmelerimde, "kargo firmasıyla görüşüp size dönüş yapacağız" deyip aramadılar tabii. Tipik merdiven altı işyeri davranışı. Sonuçta beni, parasını ödeyerek satın aldığım bir ürünün peşinde koşmak zorunda bıraktılar. Yaklaşık 7-8 günün sonunda ürün teslim edildi. Bu ürün hediye edilecekti, gecikme nedeniyle bir işe yaramamış oldu. Bu süreç nedeniyle, insigneart benim bireysel kara listeme girdi. Aynı zamanda, "Internet alışverişini beceremeyen ve mağdur eden firmalara bir örnek" olarak, derslerimde ekran görüntülü ve kanıtlı olarak öğrencilere anlatılma hakkı elde etti.

It arrived very fast and is Beautiful looks better then the picture I sent.. But the packaging could have been a lot better for such a beautiful piece. The foam was all busted up surprisingly the picture wasn’t damaged which could have been. Bubble wrapping probably the best bet I guess.
